Privacy Policy

In Good Standing is a practice of RightPlace Consulting, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("RPC," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect on ingoodstanding.co, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We've written it to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you request an AI Answer Audit or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, company, email address, and anything you write in the message field. That's the only form on this site.
Information collected automatically. This site does not use analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard server logs (requested pages, IP addresses, browser type), which we review only in aggregate to operate the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare the audit you asked for, and communicate with you about our services. That's it.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. If you request an audit, you'll hear from us about that audit; we won't turn one form submission into a drip campaign.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (Formspree for form processing, Amazon Web Services for hosting), under terms that limit their use of it, and with our parent firm, RightPlace Consulting, LLC, of which In Good Standing is a practice. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, and we delete or anonymize information when it's no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (below).
Your choices and rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@ingoodstanding.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor verified requests regardless of jurisdiction where we reasonably can.
Not for children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll change the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
